Conditions
Bookings: Bookings are only confirmed when a 30% advance
payment has been received. This needs to be done to MG Inmob and can
either be cash/postal order or bank transfer.
The advance payment is non refundable 7 days before the date of
arrival. 50% will be given back for a cancellation 15 days before the
date of arrival and 100% will re returned for a cancellation 30 days
before the date of arrival. All transactions fees
will be on the charge of the renter.
On Arrival: Pay balance
in euros in cash. Pay deposit of 300 euros as a guarantee.Keys
are collected from the MG Inmob office. (Mon-Fri 11am-2pm and 6-9pm;Sat
11am-2pm)
Late or Sunday Arrivals: You
can normally gain access to the apartment from 12 noon onwards, except
the days when the apartment is occupied at the same time, then the
arrival time will be 6pm. Arrival out of hours must be arranged in
advance with MG. Out of hours arrivals will need to pay the whole amount
and the deposit before arrival.
Inclusive Items: Bed linen
and towels for four persons. State clearly in advance when booking for
more than four people. Pool, electricity, water, TV and DVD, Weekly
departure clean laundry. See the apartment inventory on the apartment
door for a full list of appliances. These items will be checked on your
departure. Please notify MG of any missing or broken items so they can
be replaced for the next guests.
Departure: Ensure you have
agreed the departure times with MG inmob. Follow the procedures
displayed in the apartment. Empty and unplug fridge, empty rubbish,
place all linen and towels on the table, lock all windows and doors.
Following confirmation of no breakages and full inventory by MG hand
over your keys and recover your guarantee. If the guarantee has been
paid by bank transfer you will get it into your bank account within 15
days after your departure.
