The apartment is run by MG Inmobiliara based in Tarifa town (a 5 minute walk away). They are currently working on being able to book online. Until then you can book by ringing or emailing them. Book early to avoid disappointment! Summer months can get very busy. All bookings are handled by MG Inmobiliara. Conditions Bookings: Bookings are confirmed when a 30% advance payment has been received. This needs to be paid to MG and can be done by cash/postal order or bank transfer. The advance payment is non refundable 7 days before the date of arrival. 50% will be given back for a cancellation 15 days before the date of arrival and 100% will be returned for a cancellation 30 days before the date of arrival. All transactions fees will be on the charge of the renter. On Arrival: Pay balance in euros in cash. A security deposit of 300 euros will also be required. Alternatively £200 stirling can be left as a deposit. Keys can be collected from the MG office. (Mon-Fri 11am-2pm and 6-9pm;Sat 11am-2pm) You can gain access to the apartment from 6pm on arrival (12pm if the apartment was not occupied before you). Late or Sunday Arrivals: Arrival out of hours must be arranged in advance with MG. Out of hours arrivals will need to pay the remaining balance and the security deposit before arrival. Inclusive Items: Bed linen and towels for four persons. State clearly in advance when booking for more than four people. Pool, electricity, water, TV and DVD, Weekly departure clean laundry. See the apartment inventory on the apartment door for a full list of appliances. These items will be checked on your departure. Please notify MG of any missing or broken items so they can be replaced. Departure: Ensure you have agreed the departure times with MG. Follow the procedures displayed in the apartment. Empty and unplug fridge, empty rubbish, place all linen and towels on the table, lock all windows and doors. Following confirmation of no breakages, full inventory by MG and return of your keys your security deposit will be refunded. If the security deposit has been paid by bank transfer it will be credited to your bank account within 15 days of your departure date.
